Joint Science-i / GFBI data survey 2022

We are now inviting data contributors to participate in 10+ ongoing research projects in Science-i (https://science-i.org/groups/). For these and upcoming research projects, it is critical to know who has what dataset(s), because dataset is a major asset and leverage for one to participate in Science-i/GFBI studies.

It has been over five years since we compiled the first GFBI global forest inventory database (GFB v1). Recognizing that a number of datasets need to be updated or added to our global database, the Science-i Service Team (cc’d here) are launching 2022 Joint Science-i and GFBI Data Survey.

To confirm your data ownership/contributorship for all upcoming Science-i and GFBI research projects, please take 10 minutes of your time to complete the following survey:

We invite everyone who has forest inventory data, and/or any other data sets/layers to complete this survey. We will keep your input strictly confidential, and in case of any uncertainty, we will follow up with email inquiries and/or virtual conference calls.
